Photography
Many of the photographs of my work are have been processed using Phomatix Pro to combine images that have been taken with a range of exposures to capture the wide range of light and colour that are visible to the human eye. This has enabled me to present images of my work that are reasonably close to the experience of seeing the sculptures and installations once a viewers vision has adjusted to the installation environment.
LEDs
The LED lights that I have used are “off the shelf” RGB strips. Some of the work uses these strips powered by the standard controllers that they are supplied with.
The more sophisicated works with complex light sequences use the same RGB LED strips with hardware and software that has been specifically developed in partnership with Paul Rudman, who can be contacted at mail@paulrudman.net.
